Mists of Pandaria’s coming, and with it, a total change in the way all Hunter talents work – indeed, all talents across the board for WoW Patch 5.0. Whether you’re Marksmanship, Survival, or Beast Mastery, you’ll now choose from a single talent tree – one talent every 15 levels, from a choice of three.
Here’s the complete list of all the Hunter talents, as announced at Blizzcon, and subsequently updated on Blizzard’s site.

Whenever you are hit by a ranged attack or spell, the cooldown of your Deterrence is instantly reduced by 8 sec.
These effects have a 2 sec cooldown.
